Have you contacted Nuna or have an explanation why the Carseat is normal to move up and down like that seems so un safe

That's where crash force is released in an accident. All car seats move near the back. Nothing is attached there. Some car seats move more than others. It just depends on the vehicle and car seat combination. The only place a car seat shouldn't be moving is from the belt path. And it just shouldn't be moving more than an inch. So car seats do allow some movement on the belt path.
