Comparing the issue of Otafiire to that of Mpuuga's suspension, you are not right. Otafiire is among the founder of NRA, he never joined NRA either in Masaka or Mpigi, but on the other hand, Mpuuga joined NUP in one of outskirts of Kampala capital if i can relate the two issues.
