I really started loving much more the older version of Hurrem. The actress is amazing. She is at Suleyman actor lever, speaking with her eyes, and facial expression. She conveys so much with very little movement and effort, especially she looks intimidating and powerful. This is the mature Hurrem version indeed
Well unfortunately if you’d hav checked before posting this you would realize that the old actress was fired because she wanted to get payed the same amount as the actor playing suleiman as she was only pays 1/5 of what he got

The only difference was Hurrams love was towards Suleiman all she was greedy was for his love. Not even once she think that she will dethrone Suleiman and put her son in his place. Unlike rest all other Sultanas. Rest all the females were greedy only for the power. For Hurrem that was only one Sultan and that was Suleiman.
Hated how the show runners made Hurrem bow to her in a way by giving in to Nurbanu's threat that she'd tell Suleiman about the plot that killed Nurbanu's ex servant. The Hurrem we knew all along would have searched for the letters and destroyed all evidence AND then get rid of Nurbanu.

The older actress is elegant, and I’m sure she’s a senior experienced actress. But there’s something that bugs me about her. She always whispers her lines. I wish she talks with more 🔥🔥 instead of just whispering around. Meriyem was much feared because of her facial expressions, and her body language, and her lines deliveries. Just saying.
Different interpretations would say that Hurrem knew that Selim would be the next Sultan thats why shes harsh and cold towards Nurbanu to make her stronger Haseki and Valide Sultan when Selim owned the throne. We can see that she dont really care much abt Huricihan or Defne Sultana cause she knew Bayezid wouldnt sit on the throne. This can be seen when Nurbanu was asked to go to her chamber by Hurrem when Huricihan said that shes just a mere concubine of Selim. Hurrem want Selim to have a magnificent year of ruling and that can only be obtained through the Haseki Sultan, if the Haseki Sultan is weak then the Sultan will be too.

I feel like the hurrem fandom hates nurbanu because at some point hurrem started to show (not hatred) but a likeness like herself. She felt threatened because she knew the influence Nurbanu could have. Lets not forget that like Mihrimah and Safiye it was Hurrem that blessed Nurbanu. What’s more Nurbanu admired Hurrem and that’s where she received the boldness. They were all on the same side they just couldn’t see it.
