The Morning Session of April 30, 1946 at the Nuremberg Trial. Dr. Rudolf Dix called his client Hjalmar Schacht to commence his Defense Case. He testified that he was patriotic, nationalist and a democrat. He stated he made common cause with Hitler because his party was the largest and program not initially radical. He further justified his objection to the Versailles Treaty since even America refused to ratify.
