Yes, misinformation can be so dangerous, even if people don’t realize it. I wish more people were aware of how to actually research and how to read peer-reviewed articles from accredited journals instead of cherry-picking one study out of hundreds. Thank you for this content!

Currently halfway through my first year of my Nursing Bachelors degree and related so much to your becoming a RN video (especially with the crying and thinking you're not good enough). Lift weights if you’re going to have protein shakes, otherwise you don’t really need it if you’re eating a balanced diet.

They mean cuz tight weight bands dig into the abdomen when sitting, or bent over... which can cause gurbles to rise up. Same with snug bras bands restricting breathing properly.

I am someone with a chronic (nerve pain) condition aka CRPS or complex regional pain syndrome (both legs, & arms). I thankfully know what BS is and what or what not to trust. I can do research just like any other person out there, but I also know that there are so many out there that just don't and are ready to believe whatever because they are desperate. I have accepted my condition by now (after 25+ years) but this stuff needs to be debunked. I loved this type of video, Penny!

obviously the second fact was wrong and it’s not talking about people with Gerd, just those that are experiencing the acid reflux (which could be undiagnosed Gerd) but I thought one of the educational points for patient with Gerd (or anyone experiencing consistent acid reflux) is to avoid it tight fitting clothes to minimize pressure on the abdomen? and I loved this kind of video! I first started watching you because of your nursing Videos when I first started nursing school and I am now graduating next month so this was very refreshing to see!❤️
