I'm worse off, landing date is 3rd August and I don't even have air ticket money. Waiting for my visa to come out. I just pray for God's provision.

Bro now Kenya is Restricted with the Amber to Amber Government that's the UK and Kenya and it's hard to be recruited by Agencies bcoz you are restricted by their Regulations.....So the best way I think it's to Self Sponsor yourself to the UK

@Mohamed the best way is self sponsorship. That is what I did. I processed things by myself and applied for jobs directly to the hospitals myself. That’s the way for now.

@mohamed idhow..agencies are recruiting nurses to the UK in plenty ..I don’t know what you mean by it’s hard !?..were you refused by an agency?

@Flower Mohamed is right. Kenya is in the Amber list. “As of 11 November 2021, the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) has announced that Kenya has been added to the amber list of countries in the Code of Practice for the International Recruitment of Health and Social Care Personnel in England. This means employers and recruitment agencies, including NHS trusts, must stop all active recruitment of health and social care personnel from Kenya to the UK with immediate effect.”
