My favorite book was "Pat the Bunny" Also, a hack I loved was layering crib sheets and waterproof mats in the crib. So if she ever spit up or had a blow out at night I didn't have to change sheets while I was half asleep. I could just take the soiled linens off and uncover a fresh set of sheets underneath.

I got tears in my eyes hearing about the fortune cookies...that was so sweet. I love stuff like that. And his grandma literally keeping that seashell for Michael forever is SO SWEET. I love all the little touches you put into that room.

The fortunes and the rattle made me cry! I have lost both of my brothers, they unfortunately weren’t at my wedding and will also miss my future children, so I think it’s so cool that you honored that struggle in life. Bless you and your family!

Reading to your baby is really the best thing ever. 💕 As child, I was obsessed with The Very Hungry Caterpillar. Now, as mom, I absolutely love all the Bear books by Karma Wilson. They rhyme and flow so well, and use such a great variety of vocabulary.

Learned my lesson this time around. I took a simple dresser that she can grow into and also decided to use it as a change table. When you’ve cleaned homes as a job, you get so many ideas from so many peoples nurseries 😜

Adorable room for Miles. I read so many books to my 3 kids (now all in their 20's and one just had a baby), we loved reading to them. As babies, anything. Pre-K - "The Very Hungry Caterpillar", "Love You Forever". the Mercer books like "Just Me and My Dad" etc., "Officer Buckle and Gloria", "The Cajun Gingerbread Boy", "Go, Dog, Go", "Tikki Tikki Tembo", "Green Eggs and Ham", and anything with animals and trucks. We also loved Highlight Magazine and reading from there and doing the activities with the kids. Enjoy every moment.

You did a good job on this room. I really, really like that you didn't go cookie cutter, furniture showroom boring with all matching pieces. Instead, you thought about everything you brought in. God was so gracious to answer your prayers for a baby.

My absolute favorite book from my childhood is The trouble with Trolls by Jan Brett. Anything illustrated by her is amazing. The details illustrations had me looking through all the details in the books for such a long time when I was in elementary.

I can't say I have "a" favorite. There are way too many. I recently purchased copies for four grandchildren of I Ain't Gonna Paint No More. My two year old grandchild had me read it three times in a row. Certainly one of the best and destined to be a classic.

My favorite children’s book is The Rainbow Fish. I’ve loved it since I was a kid lol. These nursery hacks are great! I live in a studio apartment with my husband and daughter and despite space being limited I am going to definitely start rolling my daughter’s clothes and storing them vertically.

These are all really great suggestions! Thank you so much! :) We decided quite early on in our pregnancy that we are ditching a changing table for a “normal” chest of drawers as it will have more storage space and will be more transferable to a children’s room for when our little one is older. Also, almost no one I have spoke to who have a changing table seemed to use it.

My pregnancy hormones made me cry about your husband's Grandma saving his shell he asked her to keep forever--that is soo sweet. Currently setting up my nursery for my first baby--it's a boy! I love your decor and your hacks are so helpful. One of my favorite children's books is Goodnight Moon.

The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Erick Caral was my favorite childhood book. I loved his work and another favorite books of mine was the spot series, the Clifford the big red dog series, and the Bernstein Bear series.

I don’t have kids, but I used to work in a bookstore and I adore children’s book. Todd Parr is one of my favorite authors. I also love a series called “first thousand words in xxx(French, Spanish, German,etc) which I loved as a kid, but I believe that unfortunately they are all out of print.

Time time reading routine is our daughter in her dad's lap, rocking away with two or three book selections. Her favorites are Green Eggs and Ham (we have it with a bright orange cover), the Cheerio's counting book, and Froodle (done in silly voices). Solid tie on who loves Snoozefest more, her or her daddy. We have a board book about shapes we picked up at Costco, and now I have to find another one since it was the travel book and it's fallen completely apart. Love your nursery! And love Munchkin for everything. Their sippy cups are amazing.

I totally get being a children’s book junky!! Lol. I used to be a Sales Representative for Golden books and I loved it and that was after having my daughter but before having my son. My all time favorite are Dr Seuss Books but one of my all time favorite other children’s book was the one that was my sons favorite and made me read to him over and over and it’s called “How do dinosaurs say Goodnight?” Such a wonderful book and maybe my favorite because of the bond I formed reading that book all the time to my son. It’s a must have. ❤️

Great Video and great decor. You can also use shelf liner under the change pad to keep it from sliding. You may want some pillows for your rocker. I had a similar chair and the handles started to hurt during those late night feeds. And my favourite kid book is "Guess How Much I Love You"

I love this! I'm a ftm and I've been looking at Pinterest and a bunch of other things for inspiration for my baby boy's nursery and this just showed me it's even more adorable when you don't have everything matching, and you throw cute little things like the rattle, and fortune cookie papers, etc. I'm so in love with this the more I think of it, and I'm sure it's going to save me money lol thank you!!

Dec 2020....adorable you pop up in some feed?? Anyway, my boys are 21 and 19 YEARS old 😂😂 and yet I can’t quit watching!!!! I have no bad days on my car window🥰🥰💕 And you bought as picture on your honeymoon for your future nursery... my heart!
