Advise ko for fellow applicants like me,, check all your documents if same talaga ang mga nakalagay na name, sobrang strict po ng nmbi. In my case, yung apelyido ko is my ñ, yung ibang documents ko nakalagay n. Gusto nila is kung ano yung name mo sa passport, yun yon sa lahat ng docs mo, pati yung middle name mo dapat spelled out. Haist. Kailangan ng Affidavit of Discrepancy. Kaya habang waiting for their reply after you submitted your docs at alam mong di parepareho names mo sa docs, magpagawa ka na ng affidavit pra kung kwestyunin ka, nakaready na yung affidavit mo, to save time nadin.

Hello po Sir. Reg with the same date signed of Quali Form and TOR, I initially had it differently. Jan 6 in Quali and I think it was Jan 14 for the TOR. Is it okay to just redo the Qualification Form and make it signed at the same day like the TOR which was dated at the mentioned date above so I wouldn't have to request for another TOR? Thank you po

Help there! You can always send someone to go to the school. Basta macommunicate lang ng maiigi about the signature, stamps and dates of signing

Sir pede po mag ask?ok lang po ba na yung sa qualification form na date is different sa release date ng TOR at course description. Kasi po sa qualification form ko po dated ng February 8 while ung sa TOR po and course description is February 7. Salamat po

Hello there. Do be honest no need to soft bind it kasi you will need to scan it clearly then upload it to your nmbi account. But sometimes its too big. So just email it to nmbi

Hi. you need to request new documents. It should be recent fr the time you submitted it with NMBI.

Sir, I have question as it was mentioned above na all school documents must be signed by one person. I had requested from the school. What they had provided me was the NMBI form, course description and tor, signed by the registrar while the syllabus was signed by the dean. It took 2 months to request it. Hehe. 😅

Hi, Supposedly its like that but ngaun the timeline is unpredictable. Some are lucky and they have it in 3-4mos but most of the time it ranges from 5-9months waiting time. Yes okay lang kht nextmonth mo pa mcomplete ung docs and magbayad. Welcome.

Sir Raymond, tanong ko lang po kung panu po kung yung school na pinasukan po wala na yung mga dating signaturees kasi nadisolve na yung course sa school. Pwede po ba yun? Tapos po iclarify ko po kung yung qualification form should be the same date with the tor? Thank you.

hello again Sir, may problema po ako sa employment form ko from Saudi, 2013-2016 n employment ko po, ngresign n po kasi ung Charge Nurse ko before, ung DON naman po naka 3 palit na mula nung 2015, ung latest n DON po ayaw pumirma ng mga gnyan ,hnd po approachabledahil ung isang kakilala ko n andun CN nya ang pumirma, hnd ko po alam kung ilalagay ko pa work exp ko s saudi at gagawa nalang ako explanation letter or iupload ko nalang ang COE ko kasi no choice po ako,nakakalungkot n yan lang ang problema ko,may OET na dn ako,ok n dn ang ibang needed documents ko.

Hello there! I would suggest to ask your senior nurse that time or kung wala, any nurse who knows you. then provide and explanation letter and COE. I think that will work!

Asking for a friend, mahigpit po ba ang document verification sa Ireland? Or parang may data flow po ba sila? May hosp po kasi sya na di nagbigay ng COE nya kasi less than a year lang sya nagtrabaho dun, pero napakiusapan nya yung headnurse nya na bigyan sya ng experience certificate, at willing naman pong sumagot pag may magquequerry. counted napo ba yun?

Ask ko Lang po if necessary po talaga the same date yung NMBI qualification form at dates ng certified copy of diploma, tor and RLE? Yung case ko po kasi iba yung date of signature in my NMBI quali form compared with the date of release ng TOR’s and other related dox. Thank you in advance.

Hello! I think you are referring to a different form. Employment form is the one needed to be accomplished by your employer. No registration number being asked

Hi Nurse Raymond, I’ve been following your vlog. Just wondering about the course syllabus, my university said na wala daw signature yung syllabus. Kailangan ba na may documentary stamp or seal ng school? For NMBI purposes, pano po yun ipa certify kasi yung sa school namin, parang 500 pages or more din kasi🤣 Thanks in advance if you have any idea on what step to take po.

Sir ask lng po panu po ung sa employment ko before sa saudi parehong close na po ung 1st and 2nd na clinic na pinanggalingan ko. Meron lng akong coe pareho na nagwork ako that time sa knila, wla na po akong any contact sa kanila kc close na tlaga.

pwde po mag ask ex saudi po ako 10 yrs ago. ngaun po naideclare ko s nmbi sa work gap exp lng kaso hihingan nila ako ng ccps or confirmation letter from saudi council na they cant issue me ccps. wala po akong saudi lic and mumaris what to do po

Oh, that’s tricky. Hmmmm can’t think of any other way of getting that letter from them. You may try to contact saudi council about this. Hmmm how about an explanation letter from you, then attach nalang cguro ng COE mo sa saudi.
