Wazzup guys! One of the two paths you might take before you become a REGISTERED GENERAL NURSE here in Ireland is the CLINICAL ADAPTATION. We are so fortunate to be joined by an Overseas Placement Coordinator who runs this program in one of the hospitals in IE. In this video, a number of pointers you can benefit from will be talked about! Enjoy the video guys!

I am so proud of my Mama Arlene Diaz! Idol ko talaga and because of her lalo kong minahal ang pagiging nurse dito sa Ireland. Kahit adoptive mother ko lang siya parang anak talaga ang turin sa kin at sa mga students niya. Love you mama. -A&E Nurse from Beaumont.

Hi Nurse Raymond! So thankful for your videos they are so helpful so please keep uploading. By the way with regards to the requirements that you've mentioned, is it not necessary for the spouse to have an employment certificate? What if your spouse hasn't been working like in my case. Will this affect the decision of granting them the visa?

Hello! Employement is not necessary. Like in our case. For a year my wife doesnt have a work.

Hi. there. For RCSI you can find it sa website nila. Sample forms are there as well. You can check Gale DC videos as well regarding some RCSI tips.

Hi. It is actually the employer who decides what applicant is going to take either the aptitude test or adaptation. Aptitude test is faster but you need to review a lot of stuffs. It is a two days written and actual exam while adaptation is 6-12 weeks immersion with a preceptor in the area.

Ray it seems this video was specifically made for Philipino nurses and they alone, but not your subscribers per se. English was just around 20% of the entire video.

thank you po, very informative😊 ask lang po if sa adaptation need po bah ng OET/IETS kahit may DL na po? same din po bah sa Aptitude Test? kasi currently my DL na po ako but yung oet ko will expire on December 2020...thanx po

Hi! The employer will ask for it for sure... kung makakarating ka dito before your oet expires mas okay. OR if you will find an employer, ask them about the situation

sir Raymond I was scheduled for an Adaptation Course on the 11th of January 2021. ano po yung pinapagawa saken na application for temporary pin sa nmbi account ko? wala po kasi akong mahanap na button dun which might lead me to the application of a temporary pin. To my knowledge, yung reference number ko dun sa DL ang temporary PIN ko po.

Hi! I havent heard about that actually. Technically you are a pre-reg nurse. And I am not certain whether NMBI is releasing temporary pin. Cguro verify mo nalang sa employer mo dn

Hi Sir Raymond! nasa site po ng NMBI ung mga list ng hospitals that require Adaptation db? how about list naman po ng hospitals that require RCSI exam? or are we the one who will choose (adaptation or rsci?) or the hospital? :)

Nope wala. And it depends on the need of the hospital. If they require nurses right away they require rcsi even though they have adaptation. It your employers decision

Hi po sir raymond! I am currently in ireland right now thru spouse visa and waiting for my decision letter. Do i need to apply for an agency for an adaptation or can i directly apply to hospital offering it?

Hi. You can directly apply in hospitals offering adaptation. Then they will assist u with ur adaptation.

Hi! I would like to ask if the hospital in ireland accepts applicants who are not working in the hospital! I mean like me im not working in a hospital but my work is related to my profession ! Im a registered nurse working in the community! Specifically in the Rural Health Center in our town! Im a nurse assigned in a Birthing Facility! So im just curious if they will accepts applicants like me! Thank you! Looking forward for your reply! God Bless

Hello! Yes... nursing experience naman. So you are okay. Once you apply here, you will be a registerd general nurse! Lucky enough if you will be able to find an employer with a relative experience as yours

Hi po, ask ko lang kung ilang months ang inabot from the start of the processing ng application? Coz i'm still here in saudi and I have 2 yrs more before my exit and I don't still have ielts nor oet. Thanx in advance

Hi po... it took me 6 months po... medyo nadelay lang sa requirements ko. But it can be shorter. You still have a lot of time to prepare! :)

Enjoyed this convo and topic.👍 It was very informative and relatable experience. Knowing how it goes, my worry now is am I really into Adaptation. Because I'm a head nurse in an Occupational Health and Safety setting not directly in a hospital. But willing to be hired in a hospital in Ireland. What can you suggest sir?☺ Thank you!

That really depends in your employer, either aptitude test or adaptation. But im sure you’ll be fine in either paths 👍🏻
