I used to be a Chiropractic Assistant here in Australia, many years ago! Love a good thoracic adjustment - I always feel like I can suddenly breathe afterwards! I've had whiplash in the past and still get occipital jamming. Those adjustments are usually huge and such a relief! Because I'm now chronically ill (rare condition), I find so much support and functional improvement in my digestive system from my visits. Wouldn't be without chiropractic care! I often run into members of my entire extended family there too! Thanks for the great videos! 😊

Still not convinced chiropractors aren't a big scam. Sure it makes you temporarily feel better but isn't physical therapy the real science? Some parts of his videos make logical sense, and since parts raise several eyebrows. I will say he seems the most genuine in compared to other youtube chriropracters... I do like watching the videos for asmr!

@UN KNOWN I've been doing a lot of research on it. The more i look into it the more fake it seems. 1 example are indian barbers and street massagers who literally use the same techniques you see being used by these guys.

If more chiropractors put videos on RU-vid, then there'd probably be more awesome chiropractors

Yes, the way he explains so thoroughly, not only to the patient, but with text for viewers, and his ability to soothe fear and help patients relax is brilliant. If I was local, I'd absolutely visit. These videos really help dispel a lot of myths and fears too.

IDK, So Cal Chiro and Rahim Gonstead are two pretty awesome Chiros. Though i feel like So Cal has a slight ego. I enjoy watching and listening. As a massage therapist, I can sit and guess some of the same things they are thinking.

They are not doctors... That's why... And when people die from adjustments, it doesn't help the practice either...

It's just like every profession. Some of them are actually trying to help their patients and some of them are just in it to make a pay check. I had a very disappointing experience with my chiro and so did everyone else I know that went to one needing help, but I'm sure good ones exist.

The longer you wait to see a chiropractor the easier it is for the disc and joints to slip back into the bad alignment. Therefore I was going to have to go for at least 21 visits and couldn't afford it.If you ever hurt your back real bad get into a chiropractor or Physical therapy right away and you will save yourself from lots of pain a few short years later (as told to me by physical therapist )

That's why you should go to a good physiotherapist. Physios actually find out what is causing the issue and treat it. For instance, you might have tight hamstrings and weak lower back muscles cause posterior pelvic tilt causing a slipped disc and nerve pain. A physio would give you stretches and strengthening exercises. Physios aren't just limited to backs as well. They are the most cost effective, requiring fewer visits. p Physiotherapy is firmly based on science and chiropractic is alternative medicine and is based on pseudo-science.

On chiro visit literally helps for a few days tops
