Have you ever wondered how they make such perfect eclairs in France?! Well I have the secret! These nutella eclairs are going to blow you away, and my little tips and tricks will mean you have the perfect shaped eclair every time, no more lump bumpy ugly ones! And if you love nutella...well then it doesn't get much better than these eclairs!
To make these nutella eclairs you will need:
Choux Pastry
80g Water
80g Whole Milk
2.5g Salt
3g Sugar
72g Butter
90g Bread Flour
155g Whole Eggs
Chocolate Coating
120g 70% Dark Chocolate
230ml of Simple Sugar Syrup
45g Cocoa Powder
Nutella Cream
600ml Double Cream
2-3Tbsp Nutella
You will need a #126 or #127 piping nozzle to make the little zig zag patten :)
