If you guys aren’t sure about making it. DO IT. It’s sooooo yummy my family lovesssssssss them!! It is a bit sweet but it’s easily manageable. When I am eating mine I usually dip the front of the French toast stick into the cinnamon stuff and basically use it as a dip. but yeah you have to TRY THIS.10/10
I tried this and I'm actually eating that right now. It's good but I think I should have added more nutella. I recommend this if you want a sweet and chocolatey breakfast.
I made this and honestly it was really good. I made it with my brother and they were so good the next day we had to make enough for our entire family. It wasn’t too hard to make as well (I have zero cooking skills). Would recommend
Hi fitwaffle, I saw this recipe and it looked inviting and easy so I tried it out😊 10/10. Delicious and easy 😋. Me and my daughter were very happy 😊 Thank you for making our afternoon 😊
I'd recommend using less Nutella than you'd normally use in a 'sandwich'. Cooking on high for less time might be better for this too to avoid burning the Nutella; or mixing a bit of extra oil into the Nutella beforehand. (or milk, but don't do that directly in the jar if you don't want it to expire way earlier) Might go well with panko crust too honestly
If you have an air fryer listen up!!!! I got 6minutes both sides ( 6 mins one side flip it over 6 minutes other side) use on 180 degrees it’s not as moist but a healthier alternative Happy baking ❤
guys, if you don’t have vanilla, don’t go to the shops and waste your time, i always do it without vanilla because we don’t have it and there isn’t any nearby, but it also works with vanilla powder!
Some people add a touch of cinnamon or nutmeg to the egg, but I like my French toast a bit salty, so I only use the egg with a bit of milk. I smother them in margarine and maple syrup. 😋
I made these for brunch and they’re really nice but very unhealthy she also makes it easy to do because it’s a lot harder she is so amazing. I didn’t want to waste the crusts so I cut them up dipped them in the leftover egg mix and toasted them in the pan then rolled them in the leftover cinnamon sugar mix and when I left them on the table and came back a few minutes later so they either disintegrated or they where nice and my sisters ate them
1: cut the crust off of 6 pieces of bread 2: use Nutella/peanut butter and spread on the bread. 3: get two eggs, 60ml of milk and a teaspoon of vanilla extract. 4: mix until combined 5: dip the batons in the mix (don't soak) let drip 6: prepare a pans with butter and toast the Batons till golden brown. (Both sides) 7: dip in cinnamon sugar ( both sides ) 8: enjoy!
I only had that seedy bread when I made these so I used those… every few bites I got a little crunchy seed and it wasn’t very good 😅 I would recommend making these with white bread
