Please do a video on HRT and water retention vs weight gain. So many women swear they gain weight with HRT but is it water retention? We need clarity on this.
Thank you for mentioning these other examples of nutrition influencers to follow. Changing my diet has greatly decreased the inflammation I was having in my gut. The most helpful was time restricted eating, adding fermented foods daily, and eliminating all processed or chemically altered food. Recently I’ve added testosterone cream along with the estradiol topical gel and the vaginal cream. I was already using. Am having a lot of joint pain and myalgia as well as sleep disturbances.
Would love your insight on the forms of estrogen. I found this compelling especially for POI (NIH P-HRT protocol): “There is nothing natural about bombardment of the liver by taking progesterone by mouth. **The natural way is to have progesterone enter directly into the blood. I am post menopause & out of the blue I have started having bloating & upper abdominal pain radiating through to my back this usually happens after my evening meal the meal wasnt huge but I felt so full & uncomfortable. I am wondering if a probiotic or digestive enzymes might help ease the pain .
I'm also getting the same symptoms as you in the same situation, however started hrt straight after hysterectomy 3 years ago. Awaiting an ultrasound. Blood and FIT test all clear.
