This channel is to give my friends an insight into a balanced diet with protein rich meals without compromising on taste!!! this is not just for weight loss but caters to all age groups from kids to elders.
Nutritional value total 388 calories:
Proteins -22.9g
Fats - 12.7g
Carbs -48.4g
Fibre -9.3g
For dal soup:
Moong dal - 1/2cup
Carrot - 1/2cup
Garlic - 2cloves
Pepper powder - 1/4tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/8tsp
Water - 1 and 1/2cup
Salt - 1/2tsp
Chilli flakes - 1/2tsp
Boiled water - 1/2cup
Flex seeds - 1/2tsp
Roasted sunflower seeds - 1tsp
Roasted cashew nuts - 3 pieces
Coriander leaves
For tofu:
Tofu - 40g
Curry leaves - 2 sprigs
Garlic - 1clove
Ginger -1inch piece
Green chilli - 1
Lemon juice - 1/2tbsp
Salt - 1/4tsp
Rice flour - 1tsp
Butter - 1tsp
Capsicum - 3 tbsps ( 30g)
Raisin - 10 pieces
