I believe so, nuvali is a unique development, with everything there especially the schools and universities, new families from the middle and even higher end will be attracted to this place

Nuvali is already the model of townships and business districts of future townships and business districts. Makati and BGC have commercial and residential buildings very close together. While Nuvali has more wider spaces and roads and closer to nature which allows people to breath good quality air. Health is wealth which allows the people to thrive.

Actually I've heard this will be a global trend - people will prefer living near nature than in big cities. Especially after the pandemic.

You said their are ONLY 2 central business district in the Philippines??? Dont you KNOW or maybe U INTENTIONALLY DONT ACCEPT that the ORTIGAS BUSINESS DISTRICT is also a CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT? and also CEBU BUSINESS PARK? 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
