What will happen after case creation timeline still not documentary qualified. Tried public inquiry no response from NVC waiting for 5 months now to be documentary qualified (EB3)
I got an approved letter of my I824 last June 23rd from USCIS and they said they will send to NVC. But it’s already almost 4 months now but I didn’t received anything yet from NVC.

My fiancée had the interview in Cairo on March 1st 2022 and they told him everything went well on the interview and we still waiting for them to call him to put the visa on his passport. Hi, our case is was filed on March 30, 2021. We received an update on Feb 19, 2022 that they are actively reviewing the case. However it’s 10 months from then and we have still not received any update. As per your information we have exceeded the processing time but the website doesn’t accept an inquiry as it shows 10.5 months as their processing times. Can you please help with this?
