Hi i see my “immigration visa” status also shows “Ready” for K1 fiance visa. I haven’t received any paper “welcome letter”. However, i received an email saying that NVC has received my application and will be forwarded to embassy at my Fiancé’s country…is this the welcome letter? what is the next step? Should I expect a “welcome letter”? Don’t i need to fill ds160? (Or is it ds260?) and what about the affidavit of support etc? And in previous inquiry they said: “Due to your petition type, you will not receive a request for fee payment or document submission” what does this even mean? Could you please help me understand this?

Dear Sir, even our backs cannot repay your favor. Reading the American Constitution, one feels as if God wrote it with his own hands for the good of mankind and the worthy and worthy sons of America put it into force in America. We have been wanting to go to America for a very long time After waiting for a long time, at the time of the interview, we were told that our elder daughter Kinza Arshad has age out, so this news has come as a shock to our entire family. Lying sick in bed, Americans are the kindest people in the world are generous and noble people who call miserable people from all over the world and give them the citizenship of their country. A little girl KINZA Arshad who considers America as the paradise of her dreams since she was seven years old. She used to listen and tell stories whose every dream was America whose every dream was Santa Claus from whom she used to receive gifts who said that I will receive chocolates from everyone's houses at Christmas who is Christmas in the streets of America. Munati used to say to her friends all the time that now we are going to America soon and she kept waiting for the time then the time came when America opened its doors all her cousins and Her siblings entered the door but when she started to enter, she was stopped and told that you are too old, you can't enter. When he opened it, he was told that you cannot enter the door. This news struck him like lightning Then what happened after that I don't have the courage to write beyond that because I am his mother, my shirt is full of tears, our situation has become such that now we have to go to America, but when we book the ticket. When we talk about her, she falls ill. We are worried that where should we leave our daughter and with whom? Where should you leave her, with whom should you leave her? Here in our city, the life of a single girl is neither safe or respected. We didn't even marry her because she had to go to America. So millions of people have been issued visas without any waiting, like in lottery etc. This girl has been counting one day for 17 years. It is important that you give the visa to KINZA otherwise our whole family will be destroyed. Her father is in a very bad state of shock and has started to fall ill. Kinza Arshad's eyes are also very weak and his intellect is no more than that of a 16 15-year-old child

Can a medical staff member like the accountant get my visa canceled? I made a payment mistake, and was confused about it but I did end up paying the outstanding amount I owed the practice. But the accountant of the practice accused me of being dishonest and she said she's going to report me to the embassy, even though I was not dishonest. Will this jeopardize my visa

So my situation is more dire, an admin or accountant from the medical practice where I did my medical exam threatened that she's going to put a statement into my report that I am dishonest. All because I made an honest mistake regarding my payment yet I did pay the outstanding amount immediately when she contacted me regarding this issue. She said it'll jeopardize me getting my Visa. I have no illnesses or diseases and even got one flushot... All is good with my health, now she wants to ruin my k1visa by telling the embassy Im dishonest 😢 when Im not!!! Can she do this and can I lose my Visa?! 😢

My wife and I are now approaching 9 months next week, I understand Manila is one of the long wait embassies. There has to be something more I can do here in the states. I’ve heard something about a congressional inquiry, what is that specifically?

We are on our 16 months of waiting for our K1 visa approval and seeing couples getting approved and waited only 1 month. We’re wondering what is wrong with our application? We paid Rapid Visa to make sure we send the right proof of Bonaire relationship but still our case is taking long to get approved😩😭
