We all got same sentiments, Thibs is not a coach to let youngsters develop, need new coach, we have so much great young talent like never seen in knicks since I can’t remember, new front office is great , yet we are under Thibs 8 man rotation while having 15 players on the team, old school doesn’t work anymore

I agree with you that Cam should get a shot at SF. The size is a plus. His defense is decent. He can create his own shot and has chemistry with RJ since their Duke days. RJ would be a bigger guard and that would hold well for us defensively and his bully ball will also work well. Thibs is not going to go that route with Cam as a starter. There’s already talk about an increased role for IQ. IQ is Thibs guy.

Brunson ,RJ,Cam,Randle and Mitch is the way to go frfr I like Grimes a lot but I don't think he is better than Cam or a better shooter than Fournier but the bench should be Quickley,Grimes, Fournier,Obi, and Hartenstein.Rose should be on the move

I don't know why you go by delusional, you're on it. The Knicks are stacked in the frontcourt and make room for Cam. Cam has been injured a bit, but he has star potential. Will the front office take the risk and move Cam to the front? I would. I would hire Mark Jackson and run with the young studs and motivate them the way he did with GSW.

That’s true. The name doesn’t suit you. Seriously, I think Thibs has some regrets on how he handled last season. Another reason is Rose, Thibs and Cam were at the summer league sitting side by side watching some of the games. Just like he did with Quickley and Obi the year before. People like Marc Berman always want to create friction with Knicks. He loves that. It’s Thibs doesn’t Cam, Thibs and Leon aren’t on the same page, Thibs doesn’t like Mitch Rob blah blah….

The way he plays and moves at that height kinda reminds me of T Mac. It looks effortless when he's scoring and maybe comes off like he might be a little lackadaisical or lazy to certain people. Maybe Thibs doesn't like that but maybe he isn't trying his hardest either, idk. I do think if he's unleashed and given the opportunity though that Cam could be a lethal scoring weapon.

If Cam doesn't start then he should definitely sub in for RJ. Bench Mob of Cam, IQ, Obi, Fournier (I got Grimes starting), Isaiah/Sims and have DRose play situational ball. DRose should not be playing big mins.

Cam deserves a chance, but he’s a tease. He was highly regarded coming out of high school but was not very good at Duke or in Atlanta. He has the physical build but it hasn’t really, consistently, showed he can put that potential to use on the court. We shall see, but let’s not overrate Cam, but he deserves a chance…

Cam needs to get the chance, e can create more than every starter in the 5. He's 6-8, can handle and shoot, and can get to te rim better than RJ and Randle period! He can get you Brown or tatum numbers if given a shot!

I felt he was forcing his shots and not letting the game come to him. Cam to me can be a key player for the Knicks. with grimes out, cam gotta play defense and have better shot selection. the cam i like is when he's attacking the paint.

Reddish has more natural gifts than RJ, Fournier or Grimes but he just can't stay healthy. If he can stay on the floor consistently he should be able to put up some good numbers.

Hope your right. We already kinda know our ceiling with the vets playing, he needs to see what the young guys are capable of with heavy mins, they might just surprise us if they can get comfortable and get the continuity needed to gel together.

Everyone agree Cam and Grimes should play more. Thibs is just being stubborn and in the process it’s hurting the team and it undervalue our youngsters. That was the case last year and it probably cost us a shot at the play-in. This year we can’t afford to make the same mistakes.
