Love the fact that it seems like an actual apartment with the three separate rooms. May be small but it makes it seem bigger - and that patio !!! I would live here in a heartbeat.

The outdoor space, and its size, were quite a surprise. It has so much potential. I'm a Bronx native, but left NY in 1990. I am addicted to these apartment tours, and tend to bring a little NYC style everywhere I live. I'm single, and if I lived in your apartment, I would flip the script, and make the livingroom my bedroom with an area to draw and paint. I'd probably get a Murphy bed, so that visitors would hang out in the backyard, without feeling like they're going through my bedroom. The bedroom would be set up as an office/den, with a small convertible sofabed type of thing. I'd make that apartment feel like a B&B, deluxe studio or luxury hotel suite.

Your apt. is so quaint, i love how warm inviting and cozy it looks. The kitchen is adorable. The outdoor space is amazing. So many apts. look like simple boring apts. Yours looks like a home. I love the apt and i love how you decorated it.
