Did you have to pay premiums to get it from a dealer ? I’m trying to get one but Dealers are charging 4500$ premiums

@@omarwahba4457 I ordered in September and I got it for the MSRP which was $17,000 and change. With extras and tax it came to 20,000. I signed an agreement and put a down payment of $500. I’ve heard of this premium thing happening, I hope I get mine on time. My dealer opens back up in April. I’ll see what the deal is.

@@surfshack2 congrats , I don’t think you will have to go through the premiums route of you already signed the contract with the price unless it is subject to change without a maximum. I called over 20 dealers the ones that are sold out are probably honest dealers the ones that say they still have 1 available and charging premiums are probably selling it 4 or 5 times each time higher than the one before. I’m probably the last one that’s why I’m at around 5k premium my quote was MSRP 18,777 + premium , and taxes came out to 26k, the down payment is 1000 non refundable even if you don’t get it this year.

I put a deposit down in September and was told April/May. I live in NJ. I guess we'll see....

None of them have been sold yet. I was one of the first at my dealer to put the down payment, and am still waiting 6 months later. Apparently they have the machine but its missing the ECU due to a shortage of computer chips. It's anyones guess how long this will take.
