It's about a man dying of heartbreak, except he can't die from it, so he's just in a rhythm - his table "in the back " (by himself) and his Neon Moon, drinking with himself .
Went thru a seperation from the love of my life for a few months when this song came out. I've cried many tears by a neon moon, but totally loved this song. My husband and I got back together and were together for 35 years before the good Lord took him to heaven. Thx.
@@lysiandartie5458 it's a type of dance. Based on the tempo of the song. It's left, left, right and you throw in a spin in there every so often...it's fun to go out and throw your girl around the dance floor and polish the belt buckle.
this is one of my favorite classic country songs ive listened to this many times sitting on my tailgate in the middle of southern california desert drinking beers during hard times
Lysi, I was 60 years old when I got my first new car. I had only owned used clunkers up until then. I now drive a 2023 Hyundai Elantra Blue Hybrid. I love it! It get about 50 mpg on average which is amazing to me. Arti, I don't thin k you have any accent either. Definitely not a New York one. I was born up in the Adirondack Mountains of NY and people from your area there used to say that we had accents.
As a southerner, I enjoy watching yall and getting a true reaction to the music I've listened to my entire life! I just found your channel and love it! The last couple months has been tough, but y'all put a smile on ny face!! Keep it up yall.
😎👍 Big thumbs up for the channel... Congratulations on the car... Note : this is not the original recording I use to hear many years ago... If I'm not mistaken this video was shot in Ronnie's home recording studio...
Congratulations on the new car girl, that's awesome. I Love your comment at the end, it was such a surprise to hear my name again. I meant every word guys. I don't blame you about the getting sick part, I don't do motion very well, so I totally understand. Very sly about contacting her friends beforehand. Very smart... lol I cannot wait to see wedding photos. When's the big day, I can't remember if you said that before or not. Thank you so much for the kind words I really appreciate it and I look forward to every video.
we're getting married next summer !!! :) and we just recorded our next video...Brett Young - Lady. it was such a heartwarming song, thank you for that suggestion
@@lysiandartie5458 Thank you so much for reacting to that song. He's amazing and I just love his voice so much. I'm doing ok, just have been going through a lot of traumatic things with my children. It's been a long, hard, devastating road and my heart hurts a lot. Just trying to get through each day right now and your videos take me to a happy place for a few min each time and I so appreciate it
Their two very BEST party songs are Boot Scootin Boogie (live version is FANTASTIC) and Play Something Country. I also love Aint Nothin Bout You. But so glad you discovered this one. They just don't make bad music - they are all winners.
Congrats on the new car Lysi , Brooks & Dunn has some great songs if you go down their rabbit hole, plus Ronnie Dunn ( The main singer) has a solo career , check out his song and video for Cost of Living .
Congrats on your new car Lysi welcome to the Nissan club lol except your Nissan looks way better than mine and I have a 2018 so its getting older lol Love the reactions keep it up cant wait for the next one
Recovery? Drowning alone in a bottle? Not so much, IMO. But I think we can agree it is a beautiful song. I rate it as one of the best country songs ever. I;d like to recommend a group that will blow you out of the water: Home Free, an acapella group with country roots, but the do a variety of covers. Start with Man of Constant Sorrows...dive into the rabbit hole from there! Bless you both. Be safe.
Gotta love these brooks & dunn reaction keep it up yall. By the way since college football is around the corner here are three songs that might or might not interest you Tennessee Orange by Megan Moroney Tennessee Fan by Morgan Wallen Orange and White by a country artist named Conner Smith P.S. one of these songs may or may not be talking about another country artist that I mentioned
