@@tyleryoung860 And I bet you’re a much better man because of it! Such a simpler time. I wish life was more like that today. I’ve always thought The Andy Griffith Show was maybe the best show ever on TV. There was a life lesson in every episode.
I was stunned to find out how many of the younger generation have no idea who Andy Griffith was…I guess our family is fortunate that the show has been passed down thru the generations😊
Me and my momma played this song the day Andy Griffith died. We just cried. My momma been waiting on a bench for me since 2013. Great reaction county can bring tears.
I grew up in a time with 3 TV channels, no internet, or cell phones, and Andy Griffith was such a part of growing up with them in Mayberry., NC. PS, Brad's song she's everything to me, one of the greatest love songs every. Even is she is a stealer of the covers.
Brad has an incredible ability to take these little slices of life and turn them into amazing songs. Equally able to make you laugh, cry because you're happy, or cry because you're sad.
The old man is a very well known actor. This was one of the last things he did before his actual passing. I would check out “Little Moments” that would be another song you 2 could probably relate to.
I'm glad you guys reacting to this it's a very sweet song the late great Andy Griffith gives it a very touching moving song again I wish you guys the best with respect and kindness always your new fan Chris
The late great Andy Griffith he was an awesome sweet kind man. Sadly he passed away on July, 3rd 2012 love this video. Awesome reaction. Fun fact. Andy is still waiting on his bride Cindi she is still with us. This is a tear jerker for sure. I have terminal cancer so my husband of 44 years. i will be waitin on him but i hope he doesn't go to soon life is precious i want him to find love again and live on after i am gone.
I watched the Andy Griffith show whenever it was on tv when I was little kid being born in 92. I also think that this was Andy Griffith last appearance before he passed away
Y’all are the sweetest couple! I adore the way your husband adores you! Plus girl you are beautiful just as you are!!! May God bless you and hope y’all have many years of happiness!
It’s so nice to see people who have never really listened to country giving it a chance and understanding why we like it so much it’s really great to see! You guys should check out the man I want to be by Chris young
Loved the beginning of this video with you guys singing 🤣. This is my second favorite Brad paisley song after his song called "letter to me". Though I like pretty much all of his songs. He is my favorite country artist! I'm glad you enjoyed this song.
Brad is such an amazing songwriter. I especially love his song "All I Need".. which features his wife Kimberly Williams Paisley (loved her in the sitcom "According to Jim"). Or there's "I'm gonna miss her"... he can take you from laughing yourself silly to crying your eyes out in a heartbeat.
Most people miss it, but a woman & a little girl show up in the scene after Andy is gone. It just flashes for a second & it's hard to tell but that's who he's been waiting so long for.
The song is very sweet but, so are the both of you. I love your emotional reactions. I've always worn my heart on my sleeve and never been ashamed to show my emotions. I hope that you two continue to be up front with yours. Bless you both.
Just wanna say it’s a good thing y’all turning on to country music it’s such a vibe now go on an country drive and roll your windows down while listening and y’all be vibing
Beautiful reaction; SUBSCRIBED😊 27+ years and bless my husband for still waitin’ on this woman😂🥰 Congrats and best wishes to you both!!! Each day before your feet hit the floor, think of one thing you can do to make the other’s day easier/better. It doesn’t have to be grand or fancy… pick up the dry cleaning, feed the pets, etc. For instance, I can’t remember the last time I filled up my own car with gas. The little things become big things🥰 And when there are only 2 brownies left in the pan… ALWAYS leave the bigger one for your honey. This one is tough😂 Try Rascal Flatts ‘Bless The Broken Road’ and Josh Turner’s ‘Would You Go With Me’’! Stay safe & love big💖
we loved your comment !! we mention it in our next video that we will be posting tomorrow ! Thank you for taking your time and writing it, and thank you for watching
I don't think I seen Lysi's sad face before im glad you enjoyed this song if you didn't know the old guy was Andy Griffith R.I.P to him but I love your reactions I cant wait to hear the next one
Had heard the song but hadn't seen the vid... got misty eyed when i realized it was Andy... and i do agree... I do not mind... having lost that wait... you miss everything about it when it is no longer there to spend. Cute react and nice reminder.
Loved the intro. Cute. Come on down to Texas, you'll love it here. I wasn't born here but i got here just as fast as i could. Country has a way of growing on you. Great lyrics and story telling. I can see how a younger generation today would love country since sadly there isn't much any kind of music these days. But back in the 60's 70's and 80's we had so many rock and country bands and it will always be the best music era. All i cared about was rock music until i got a little older. It grows on you. Enjoy and make it to Texas sometime. You might want to stay.
The old man in the video is actor Andy Griffith and I don’t know if you’ve ever seen it or not. You guys are quite young, but there used to be the Andy Griffith show and he played a small town sheriff. The town was Mayberry and his sons name was Opie And the deputy his name was Barney fife. This was way back in the 60s it was a great sitcom
Found your channel earlier this month and have absolutely loved watching your reactions! Absolutely love the car karaoke, its a blast being a country music fan. Also belated congrats on the engagement! saw that video just before this one. Looking forward to many more
I love this song and so did my dad who always resembled Andy Griffith. I have subscribed due to this song and y’all’s reaction. I lost my father in April he was 83 and this a good memory for me as I miss him so so much! Best wishes to you both on your journey in life together!❤️
Dude..and miss dudette..yall just made a 62 year old hard corps former marine 😢 cry...well...tear up..shit...don't do that no more..love yall..thanks..
Dear sweet Andy Griffith. U guys should reach back and watch some of his old classic show called Andy Griffith. It's still on as reruns all the time on tv. It's hilarious. He was in movies and he could sing and play guitar. I love him in this video. Such a sweet song.
Thank you - the best thing is the two of you showing your slice of love and life. God Bless your for showing how much a Man and a Woman can lend to a beautiful life.
Great reaction. Chris Stapleton - Fire away would be awesome to see you guys react to. It’s a strong message about mental health and how someone in love with someone dealing with mental health struggles but would do anything for them.
Love this video especially that andy griffith is in it , i believes he passed away not that long after this video was made.. love this song and loved the andy griffith show that was the best show back in the day
You should hear the real love story of Brad and his wife. Kinda crazy, borderline stalker, kinda cool. Either way he hatched a plan to hire her for a video just to meet her in person. She plays the mad girl that throws his stuff out the window in "I'm gonna miss her".
Great Reaction....... Awesome Video...... Andy Griffith is a Legend...... He starred in some Movies before the TV Show "The Andy Griffith Show" and Later "Matlock" where he plays a Lawyer...... Nice to see y'all enjoying the music, in Real Life as well as on Film/Camera.....
I haven't minded the wait for 39 years. When I think of songs that bring a tear to my eye, I think of an old Mac Wiseman song, "Bringing Mary Home." Also heartbreaking is "Will The Circle Be Unbroken", sung by multiple artists over the years, but the best version I've heard is from a collaboration album from the 70s called "Will The Circle Be Unbroken", by some of the legends of old time country music. I love this largely overlooked genre, having grown up with this music, and I hope you look into it some day.
Andy Griffith , the old man in this video, had a son called Opie in a TV series called Mayberry RFD and later called The Andy Griffith Show. This son in that series was none other than the famous director Ron Howard and he is the father of Dallas Howard the actress in I think two Jurassic Park movies with Chris Pratt. I miss those kind of series from the 1950's 1960's and 1970"s.
