My daughter and 6yr old Grandson just moved into an apartment yesterday & I was thinking about this bc unfortunately my Grandson still has "accidents" at night, so instead of her leaving his sheet or clothes to wash when she gets home (3 bldgs away is the central "laundry" area) & her Apt includes ALL her Utilities except WiFi..but that's ok! They wouldn't even notice! I just don't want her to have to wait for one, or have to hike in the Montana Winters over to the area. She can do all this herself...TY so much for this. Exactly what I need for my Daughter and Grandson who moved into an older apt without a Washer..they'd have to go 3 bldgs over, she's a single Mom now, so I just want things to be a little less stressful than worrying about taking her laundry over to the laundry area..esp in Winter bc she's in Montana..their Winters are serious...I'm going to get her a $20 laundry thing to dry a sheet or whatever bc these dry almost completely
This type of washers are amazing but only if you live in a unit on the first floor as you live in the second or third floor you will have so much problems because of the water noise.
There are noise mat sound reducers online. Can also check out vehicle sound reducers. And also, connecting pads rubberized horse bedding, although I would want to layer a shower curtain or vinyl tablecloth underneath to keep any possible marks off the floor. Buy anything these items and lining the closets will also help with the promise of a bit of temp insulation but help with neighbor sound reduction issues. They should make laws to pour in Havloc, an a natural and dense, excellent for both connecting and inside every single inside wall, even the short ones. Will help with fire retardant and extremely noisy connecting neighbors. Landlords will argue the cost not as effective on inside walls for temp insulation, but that's not the point, thick, dense insulation needs to be brought in as noisy neighbors are not easy to evict and can cause other neighbors to lose valuable sleep, including the ones that do hold down jobs and are expected by customers and employers to come to work awake and focused.
No, not with white vinegar. In fact White Vinegar and bicarbonate of soda are a great combo to clean a washing machine (Wouldn't use it to wash clothes, mind) on a hot setting as a cheap alternative instead of buying specialist tabs etc. Leaves the machine nice and sparkly clean.
Clothes become muggy and destroyed super fast when 2 in 1. Learned my lesson. I use Miracle ll soap for laundry, add baking soda for soaking, essential oil eucalyptus for bacteria free and smell good. Vinegar for cold water when I wish for color of clothes to stay vibrant.
Great job vinegar cleans and baking soda softener most won't get it but I've been doing it for years and it is cheaper than so called washing powder from chemicals ahhhhhh yeah 👍😎 keep doing you , us ,we get it.
Am having I believe issues with incoming water lines with mold-mildew. Online white vinegar can eliminate 80percent of mold-mildew issues. I do my laundry at home also, twin tub. A spray bottle of white vinegar should help. A portable dishwasher I am window-shopping for, takes about two-three gallons of water, so boiled water that is cooled from my morning tea kettle and bottle water from a company down the street will do well.
You should also mix those two ingredients, get a towel and scrub the inside of your washer tub. Then, run a hot cycle with nothing in it. You'd be surprisedwhat'ss underneath there
So you'd recommend buying this washer? I'm in love! I'm almost finished building a tiny home on wheels and looking for a washing machine that spins really well. I bought a washer/dryer with separate tubs for wash, then spin but it's TERRIBLE. YOU'RE SO CUTE!! So now I need to find a washer that fits the spot I'd built out for the terrible washer. How old are you? I might just use a 5 gallon bucket with plunger, but I still will need a way to spin dry. You're also HILARIOUS in your longer video, doing the "No look" while demonstrating features of the appliances! 😁 Anyway, great video and appreciate the information/wish we could meet for coffee or tea or water or just breathing in each other's vicinity. I didn't even realize portable washing machines existed! It must come in really handy for people who don't have a regular laundry room with a washer & dryer set.
