Do you get used to running on a treadmill? I'm training for my first marathon and questioning my choices as it's either dark or cold outside 😅. I trained for a half in the summer when the weather was great. I just feel unstable and honestly a little bored on a treadmill 😬. Glad I found your channel!!

I definitely prefer running outside but have found lots of ways to distract myself on the treadmill! I usually save my favorite Netflix shows our RU-vid vids for my treadmill time so I can look forward to those while I’m running. I also let myself run way slower than usual OR I’ll do intervals to make the time go faster!!
