Head to Peeps Kitchen in Brooklyn for an unforgettable Korean fried chicken experience! This is the spot for AUTHENTIC, super juicy, YUMMY KFC 🍗 Meet Chef Kim - his secret recipes use plump dark meat and the CRUNCHIEST batter imaginable. The flavors are so addictive, we can't stop coming back for more!
Unlike most new KFC joints, Peep's Kitchen is not a huge chain hailing in from Korea with big investors backing it. Instead, Peep's Kitchen is a hard-working, family-run gem born out of pandemic necessity. A risk-taking start to the American Dream that seems to be paying off. Plus, Chef Kim is no newbie to the trade either - he honed his skills developing top Korean fried chicken recipes for Korean restaurants in Korea before launching this special fried chicken joint of his own.
What you'll find at Peep's Kitchen:
-- A Japanese-like dedication to singular craft and process - these guys care about the details!
-- Warm and charming, family vibes. Even their kids help out!
-- Fried chicken options galore: boneless fried bites, wings, drumsticks - even combo deals and finger-licking appetizers to go with.
-- Next-level homemade sauces with personality: a savory soy garlic, a zingy padak scallion... they even have a secret sandwich sauce! Chef Kim puts his love of cooking and expertise into every single recipe.
Want to see their process AND hear their inspiring family story? Enjoy the full video!

We use canola oil due to many people having issues with nut allergies (peanut and soy, etc), which is more expensive than other frying oils. But also I wouldn't say vegetable oil is cheap compare to other oils that many restaurants commonly use.

@@kimpeter6097 I wasn't narrowing you guys out specifically. ALL restaurants use canola oil these days unfortunately.
