Ugh, I love that store. Paradox is the sweetest thing ever. When I went down, she gave me a 15$ discount for braving the cold temperature outside to come out to the store. It's pricy as hell, shorts can be upwards of 35$ and dresses, well, the lowest I found was 160$. Boots are typically up in the 80/90$ range. But they styles are truly beautiful.

Broken Table Erm... no. Many of those corsets will set you back upwards of $400, the same for the shoes. The custom pieces can be anything from $150 to $15,000. Nothing like Hot Topic.

I’ve been there before. It’s (understandably) a little pricy. But it’s nice to see other people into the subculture. When I was inside a kid was there with his mom and asked why everyone was wearing a costume. She said, “that’s how people dress.” The kid responded “it’s like a party! Yay!” Made my day
