Are you looking for a microphone to amplify a nyckelharpa? This video compares the DPA4060 and the Prodipe VL21-C www.nyckelharpa.... Prodipe: www.prodipe.co.... www.muziker.co... www.dpamicroph... www.gear4music... www.gear4music...
thanks, this was really helpful. I'm trying to find a clip-on mic for cello, and this prodipe is what I can realistically afford, but there's hardly any demos for it. So now I know that if it works for your instrument then it must be okay-ish for cello
I don’t think we can thank the mic for the playing more in time. 🤣 I’ve started to use the DPA 4099 in general now. I demonstrate that in this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-k9VO8ASSNwU.html
The Prodipe and the DPA were plugged into the same channel and both had the same gain and both mono. The direct comparison was the DPA and the Prodipe. The inclusion of the studio set up was to add context - but that was not the direct comparison.
@@NyckelharpaUK I understand that, but I think that the resulting audio should be normalized to the same level, otherwise comparison has no sence. Of course, DPA will sound richer, because it simply louder.
