Wow a person who redesigns a product based off user feedback, and actually adjusts bc he feels ownership over satisfaction and the product that has his name on it. He needs to get paid bank at some of these Fortune 500 companies.

At least he took pride in making a good skate shoe and took peoples feedback into consideration when designing the new one. Nike could’ve easily slapped on some new materials or changed the shape up a bit and called it the Nyjah 2.

Rafael Aleman dude, I’ve been skating for 15 years, if you read better you’ll notice I said it’s right next to the ollie area. Once the ollie area is done you’ll rip a hole in that mesh. I just mean nowadays companies and pros do stuff for them, not for the customers, and for 90 bucks it’s a shame, we don’t skate shoes for two days.

I tried 3 sizes and couldn't get them to fit. They either fit too tight or too long. I've never had this problem with a shoe. Y'all must have some narrow feet.

If you have a wide foot get the half size up, they are still pretty tight on my foot, bought them for $140 and still prefer Vans pro slip ons.

Before you buy them make sure you have shoe goo ready, the ollie area and the laceloops are going to get worn out early. I put a hole in the mesh on the first day. For $125 the durability isnt there for me personally. They feel pretty good to skate though.

I rip laces like no other. Always have. These have the lace loops on the outside. I would tear through these. Even if the bottom one is hidden. They look sick. I still got an old pair of Nyjah DCs. Lol.

The first ones had a ton of complaints with how tightly and narrow they fit. There’s no way Nike SB really solved the problem. Get a team-based shoe like the Blazer or Dunk.

Had the first black one and it doesn't feel like a skate shoe. Stiff, narrow, too hard sole and the heel is too high. But it is sick that this is a vegan friendly shoe. There are not many good ones.

So, my foot is a little wider for being a 6.5. But after I broke them in after 2 days of wearing them, these are so good! First time I spent $100 on skate shoes. But so worth it and I feel like these will last a long time.

Ayeee Nyjah make a part similar to "fade to black" . It was flip tricks, stairs, rails .. covered everything ! The last part was all rail. Show these fools your flip game is still STRONG

@@whopwhop6732 The mesh isn't the problem. It's the way the rubber bends and stays when bending the shoe a lot. It's not something all people have though. Mine are still fine and have skated one pair for weeks now.

didn't really need the mesh I liked the rubber like material on the 1's wish the toe wasn't as narrow and the arch underfoot was less notice-able seems like he tried to fix some of the issues but created others with less durability with the mesh and rippable laces, though I never rip laces so idk still might try em

I got them. They look nice and fit really well, but there is absolutely zero insole. No impact protection. I get a lot of people replace insoles anyways, but for the price it’s annoying how they just threw in a paper thin insole

I'm loving the amount of money big companies are investing in skateboarding. Nike especially. But man I can't like the shoes. They just aren't durable enough imo. They're all stylish kicks to be sure but you would think a big company like Nike would have more science going into it. Maybe the ideal shoe and materials aren't necessarily stylish? For example those Nike running shoes that marathon runners are wearing, are ugly af. But the functional performance is undeniable.
