I agree, just listened to this officer's interaction and he is an example of a great cop, and most cops do a good job like him. Not denying that bad cops exist but the media only wants to focus on the bad and not the good. As the cop said, he likely saved this woman's life because had he not restrained the criminal, that criminal likely would have jumped on her and the other police officers resulting in serious injuries or even death.

@@robinmartz9052 Exactly, and if one these criminals do something stupid like grab an officer's weapon and try to shoot people with an officer's gun, and the cop shoots the perp in self defense, their parents all of a sudden would be angry at the cop and say, "but he was a good kid, he didn't need to get shot, he was on his way to college", all that crap. The same people that loot cities instead of peacefully protest. Terrible. This has to stop.

Exactly - these cops did a great job here. It's a good thing that bad cops like Derrick Chauvin are getting arrested over police brutality, but I've heard the cops involved in this case have already been fired. They were good cops who did nothing wrong but serve and protect, yet thanks to these stupid protests, cops are now getting arrested left and right, like the cop who killed Rayshard Brooks, is in jail, but Brooks grabbed his taser. The Brooks killing and this NYPD chokehold was not even close to George Floyd, yet cops are now being scrutinized for every little thing, terrible - not fair to all the good cops out there doing their jobs.
