SHARP...not only were you not sharp, your team had zero life, zero pride. They waited for the game to come to them, they didn't take it to the Canes. Lots of passivity, standing around, and just waiting...this was a VERY bad game. How do you play so well in other games then just not show up whatsoever in this one? Especially with a chance to close it out?! It felt almost intentional, like a bunch of the guys had money on the Canes for some reason...This game felt like a choice, a choice to not play.

The January team played tonight.

It was a $hit $how. We had no offense period. We had 2 SOG over a 20 minute period. Our passing was horrible. We got beat to almost every puck. The worst aspect, for one of the rare times this season, we gave up! We needed to end this before going to Raleigh. The momentum has shifted, we left the door open for them

Thursday. We gotta win. Don't give up, don't let em have the puck for too long

They fell apart like a cheap suit, same thing year after year. There's something dysfunctional about this franchise.

In situations like this, coach should have shaken things up a bit more with the lines. why not throw rempe's big body out on the PP2 in front of the net for example. Also i think Mika got hurt bad with that crosscheck, he could barely release a shot.

Our defense was non-existent! We were lazy, just standing there and letting them storm into our end. Igor can only do so much. We should have won on Saturday in OT! The Lindgren penalty killed us.

I felt like i was watching high school level hockey. we were completely decimated, add the thousands of dollars working class people had to spent to even attend. Absolutely ridiculous & embarrassing. It’s not like it was a genuine loss, this team wasn’t even SKATING anymore, making passes that were straight at the opposing team, just genuinely being careless, leaving their extremely skilled goalie out to dry, and leaving everything with him to handle 99% of the time. Millions of dollars a year to stand on the ice and fiddle with a stick. I’m just, i’m floored. I love all of them, but the way the pockets of so many were drained just for them to not even play at professional level is just.. 🥱 they shouldn’t be surprised when the only people they see in the stands are celebrities in the near future.

I don’t know what was worse, the play or the fans leaving early. Can’t expect to beat the Canes or even get through the Panthers with a sorry excuse of a game like this.
