NYU students give their best secrets for relieving stress. Being a student at a top university (New York University), combined with living in the heart of New York City is a recipe for stress. However, there are plenty of healthy practices when it comes to coping with that stress. Having lived the NYU college experience for some time now, the students at New York University told LTU their most helpful advice for stress relief.
For many students, balancing academics, jobs, sports, and social life is a difficult task. LTU wanted to provide a resource for you or someone you know to have when that stress seems unmanageable. With that being said, if the stress it truly taking a toll on your mental or physical help, seek professional help immediately. While this video can provide ideas, there is no better solution than accessing professional help.
