Thanks Robbie. Great example from the extended side shots to show some of my guys about the hang and drive with the legs before opening the back up. Your coach my have had some steady nerves :)
They don't 'start' the catch with anything, the catch is the last part of the recovery, they get the blades in at the longest point of their stroke and do it together so what difference does it make?
