Unfortunately that's the truth on the ground and immigration has started its crackdown with students visas. I know of universities here that are encouraging admitted students to either procrastinate their intakes to future semesters or cancel their pending student visa applications at embassies, ekintu kyo kyatabuseemu ennaku zino ge mazima.
Australia is such a nice country to stay. However, their immigration is very tight. Australian people are to themselves but still nice people. I studied there 2years and it was a beautiful experience. I stayed in Canberra and its experience is quite different from other areas like Sydney, Melbourne, Adeleid, and Queens land. Canberra is more of an administrative area and can be quite expensive since it hosts many government workers. I would really love Australia as my second home.
There immigration process is so tough and also getting to study regardless of education level at university in Uganda,there u need to re do an IELTS examination at British Council with an overall score of not less than 5.5 for undergraduate and postgraduate courses for 6.5 above

Australia is a good country, I lived there for a bit, for studies. Europe is good, I've visited numerous countries there. South America/Latin America/Europe is good, I've visited. Africa is good, I am from there. But there is nothing like America under the face of the sun, in the Western and Eastern Hemisphere....I live in the US and wouldn't trade it for any nation on planet earth!!

Coz if you go there like on Convention or Conference or Lottery or Tourist visa meaning you have to come back to Uganda, but Man can seek for asylum ad stay, how is that process with the immigration.
