I enjoyed every moment of this review, mostly because I find you really nice to watch, but I dont know why but I love watching people getting really expensive pc's 😆 I hope you are enjoying it bro!
@@SSGUTD hey man i’ve been loving your content you’re a real help and i need to ask a few things if you don’t mind. so i’m considering going all in on a player three prime, if i were to do that u got any suggestions for monitors? oled of course, plus hdr but the thing is idk if a prebuilt beast like the p3 prime with a 4090 would be way too overkill for use with a 1440p monitor if i get one with 240hz or maybe even higher. i know if i got a 240hz 1440p monitor w it i would be able to safely run any game on incredibly good settings, but idk if it would be worth it to go in on a better monitor then, like bumping up to 4k to take advantage of the pc. the real problem is, my monitor will be pretty close to me so not too big (i’m thinking 27”) so 4k would absurdly jack up the price. but with 1440p, would the monitor technically bottleneck this beast of a computer or is it worth it do you think? 4k just doesn’t seem like a good option for a 27 inch monitor please let me know thanks man
Hello, Did you buy the pre-configured version of player 3 prime or did you change the case? Is this the h7 or h9 case? I didnt see the 3 fans at the bottom when i was looking at player 3
Hi. Just got mine but it did not come with the fans at the base! Were yours an extra add on? Also, I booted mine and went to BIOS, how’d you get to windows after? I did not receive any USB with Windows software
I got pretty much the exact same Player 3 Prime build as you except the 14th gen Intel wasn’t out yet so I have a 13900K, I have the gigabyte 4090 (thank god) and my motherboard is the MSI Z790 Carbon Wifi I think because I went for an all black build. One word of warning the RAM with 4 sticks of DDR5 RAM is unstable if you overclock it. I chose to remove the RAM from slots 1 and 3 so I could overclock the 64gb of ram to the 6000 mhz. The default speed is 4800 mhz. The overclocking made a noticeable difference in performance and I haven’t come close to needing the 128gb of RAM yet.
I have the same as you and had to remove the 4 RAM sticks because they were causing me nothing but issues and purchased a kit of 2 x 32GB sticks. Sold the other RAM the PC came with
I just got basically the same exact thing as you the only differences I bought for fans I didn’t realize I needed to get seven to make it look like yours. Do you know or have a guess of which three fans will be missing? Loved the video by the way
Great and honest review. I'll be honest, I think it's kinda shady that they still have the founder edition on their website as what the PC will look like. They should put a little annotation that it's no longer available or that the product may vary due to inventory. The founder edition looks so clean, while the PNY model most buyers have been getting doesn't quite fit the aesthetic of a $4000+ clean white build PC.
Exactly! I’m okay with the PNY if they were upfront about it but they’re not. The PNY 4090 is one of the cheaper 4090s on the market. I wish I got an Asus 4090 tbh
@@SSGUTD That's one of the main pros of building your own PC, I most definitely understand you wanting to get a prebuilt especially with the warrantee, but nzxt is known to skimp out on parts like that, there's really no guarantee what brand of components you'll get
You ordered those 7 F120 RGB Duo fans and they came pre-installed in the PC??? I thought if you ordered those separately they would just send you the fans themselves but not installed
I believe the case comes with 3 for free but the pc has 10 in total. I added 7 to cart at the same time I got the prebuilt PC and they came installed thankfully! I would open a ticket after you order to make sure they install them tbh
Does anyone know any other reputable places to purchase prebuilt pcs? I heard skytech is good but wanted to know if there are better places besides nzxt and skytech
17:15 you weren’t talking to a brick wall you were talking to. aI that was claiming it was a human 🤣😂 I agree with what you’re saying I had no transparency at all. I even said I will pay up front and wait until certain parts come in stock
I think so. I love PCs and am learning about them even now but the time it would have taken me to research and build one from scratch and the idea of putting in the CPU incorrectly and messing it up etc scared me a lot so I’m happy with my pre build and warranty. Next PC I will build for sure but that will be in like 6-10 years lol
