O Captain! My Captain! : Poem by Walt Whitman in Hindi summary Explanation and full analysis 

Here , in this poem , the ship refers to the United States , the captain refers to Abraham Lincoln , the 'fearful trip' refers to the American Civil War and the 'prize' refers to the preservation of the Union , happiness , safety and security of America or in other words , the safe passage ( journey ).
