Yes! I love this rendition! This song is a jule time must. In Swedish. Even though I'm Norwegian. Certain things just is best in Swedish. Like this and Disney's The Sword In The Stone.

Fantastic reaction. Tommy wrote a Christmas song with his brother in law, Kim Arvidsson, called ALLT JAG ÖNSKAR MIG. It is a duet with Tommy and his neice, Tilia. It is pure magic.

This song ALWAYS gets me crying every time I hear it. Oh Holy Night was a favorite of my Grandmother, who passed away in November of 2018. Christmas that year was particularly hard. She was born and raised in WWII Germany, so her/our version of the song was "Oh Heilige Nacht." But the song is the same, no matter what language it's in. Sadly she never got to hear Tommy's versions, but I know in my heart that she would've loved them, even though she didn't care for rock. Nja Jussi has a great voice for sure but the song is recorded i the early 50 th's, so it's hard to compare i must say,. I find Tommy's version as much warmer and more fit in todays music

Another artist to check out is Erik Gronwall. He won Swedish Idol in 2009 with his audition song as 18 and Life (Skid Row). Last year, he was named lead singer of Skid Row. He also does these solo type covers (though not as many). He came on board the band while he was undergoing cancer treatments and had to finish off vocals for 8 songs on a pending album remotely, in Sweden. Then when he met the band in person for the first time, in Vegas, they had to finish 2 more songs for the album and also prepare for the start of a residency with the Scorpions, that was to be in 4 days. He clicked so well with the band that they even took a day off before the residency. Cheers!
