Tommy is such an awesome singer that can leave us speechless with an emotional interpretation like this, to next week surprise us with a comical cover like Jan Egeland or The Moustache Song or a harsher metal like Black Sabbath Headless Cross. All delivered with the same finesse.
Tommy Is one of the few who in the world who can sing Freddie Mercury all voice registers. I heard many singers try and many of them are very good but most of them cannot sing the low or the high parts. Tommy has a huge vocal range that allows him to take on almost any song. In addition, he keeps the structure of the songs but most often makes his own arrangement that makes them feel new and fresh. This is one of the top 3 songs that I think he sings best. I think it's clear when he sings Queen's songs like this that they meant a lot to him and that he listened to Queen a lot. His vocals are absolutely insanely good and soulful just like his guitar playing is in the renditions of his Gary Moore covers. Thank you for one of the best reactions in my opinion❤
I think the word you were looking for to describe Tommy is passionate. He becomes the song. There are only a few singers today that have me reaching for a tissue. He is one and Dan Vasc is the other, like The Last Goodbye or Son of Pain. You seem like such a sensitive guy and we love it!❤️
Another fantastic tribute to Queen from Tommy. Brilliant performance, not only vocally, but also very emotional. There is only 1 other performance (other than the original, of course) that I like as much as Tommy's : Adam Lambert with Queen at The Isle Of Wight 2016
Full body chills EVERY TIME!!! Thank you for one of my favorites! ❤ I've thought the same many times, that I am so blessed to live at the same time as people like Tommy and Dimash...Wow, just wow.
I agree with every word you say. Everything you said about Tommy is absolutely true. Tommy is incredible. Brilliant performance, very emotional. Thanks for your reaction.
Great reaction!🤘 That's why I appreciate Tommys work and talent so much. He creates magic with his powerful voice and guitar (+all the other instruments he plays). Nobody can do a worthy Queen cover as good as Tommy Johansson.
Just trying on anytning Freddie Mercury did is a death wish. And still Tommy manages to pull it out! Freddie would be proud. Another amazing version of this song is E-rotic. Dont compare though.
Tommyboy is just talent, and there isnt any song i can come up with, he couldnt do a cover of, i think he could do bluegrass, rap or even Jazz to if he wanted to..
