While I believe he committed a double homicide, I cannot see why any court would allow pictures of his children or his personal information (which is illegal by the way) to be auctioned off by anyone. Federal courts would have fun with that court that allowed his personal papers to be auctioned off, social security numbers are very private.

Try telling someone they can’t leave and see how that goes for you. I know a guy that got into an emotional argument with his girlfriend and she said she was leaving, he said no don’t leave. Wouldn’t let her go until the morning and ended up with 14 years. You can’t hold someone against their will. Especially, after guns are drawn. He actually got off easy.

You only get larger sentences for extreme violence in cases like this! Did he deserves karma wise to do 9years sure he did! Actually, if you followed the story from the O.J Simpson case of two victims that died with plenty of evidence against him the defendant, he won in criminal justice but lost in civil court due to all evidence that is pointing at him. He owe 33 millions to the victims family but only paid about 1 millions and had to sold his property due to foreclosure. Those properties are being sold to pays is due and diligence. So yes, it's his property, but it's no longer belonging to him.
