The Attorney did not ask for the job of executor but he is fulfilling his professional duties. If he became an advocate for the Goldmans or for the Browns he was would be disbarred because his job is to represent his client in the best way he can. I see nothing wrong for his advocacy. Did he overstate things? Yes. Did he mean harm? No. But make no mistake his job is to represent his clients and that is why he went to law school.
This is a poor excuse for a human. It makes me sick.. He stood be disbarred! As executor he’s shown he will not do the job honestly. He should not be able to act as executor.

California law is funny. The kids are going to get less money because of what their old man did in 1994. Anyone who wants his kids to have a better life has to "walk the straight and narrow" or they will lose a lot of money to victims of such caustic crimes.

O.J. had a lucrative NFL pension which allowed him to easily rent fancy homes and cars on a monthly basis. He had plenty of spending money to take trips, play golf, chase young women, and loaf. This asset was untouchable. The only thing that he lost in the murder trial was the deed to his Brentwood mansion and the land it was on. It was an aging property that needed extensive renovations and the upkeep on a monthly basis was very high---not to mention the huge property tax bill which was due every year. The old Brentwood mansion was later torn down and a new mansion was erected. The entire property is worth ten times what it was when O.J. owned it.
Notice his first statement was about the kids and family! He knew what he was doing when he made that statement and what press it would cause! It will be interesting to see how much he will pay himself for both his leagal fee’s and for being executor. And I guarantee he’ll pay himself first.

This dummy said that he found out that he was the executor only after OJ died. There's probably a reason for that. The family definitely kept him out of mix.
