Not magical, because he uses drugs that other trainers are getting fined suspended and banned for, Baffert just has powerful connections who won't let him get charged with doping his horses. Baffert is no different than Jason Servis, the difference is Baffert has powerful friends.

Russell T nope. He’s good, but nope. It’s Charlatan if he choose to go to the Derby. If it’s Nadal, Authentic, Eight Rings or Thousand words, then I’d say Authentic. It’s possible Nadal runs at Arkansas again for the Derby there, but he’ll be running 3 hard races then the Derby. Authentic doesn’t even know how good he his because he’s still a goofball. Hell most likely have it figured out in the Santa Anita Derby. I’ll guarantee that if he blows them out of the water in the Santa Anita Derby, he’ll be the Derby favorite, regardless of Tiz the Law and what the others do. Now despite that, I’ll be playing against them of course, but it is what it is. It’s Bob’s world and we just live in it.

Oddly Baffert still hasn’t had to answer for Justify s positive drug testing in the SA Derby. But yet he gets Maximum Security. The West’s and Tabor Group must know who can get away with it.
Von Staufenberg I used to stop by SA during the middle of the week in the early to mid 90’s this is when they still ran eight days a week so I was there wed, thurs, fri sat and Sundays. But during the mid week I’d meet people who worked for trainers in capacity or another and at first I thought they were just stories. But I was told who was juicing, who was doping, who was milk shaking who had jocks using stingers, which jocks took it serious which ones didn’t or were just lazy. It was an eye opener to say the least.
Baffert is loaded for sure, but im not as impressed with this effort as some of you. Not just in terms of this race, but more importantly, Nadals chances in the Derby. Nadal won, and they were moving early, however Nadal, as well as the entire field, absolutely CRAWLED home. The final quarter of mile was 27 seconds, and none of the horses in the back made a run, except an 80-1 shot. Bafferts other horses show speed, and I think the derby is going to be fast early. Theres no way in hell this horse runs a 27 4th quarter and wins the Kentucky Derby. Look for another horse. This wasnt the best field ive seen in The Rebel, and theres going to be a horse that will finish fast in Louisville. I like Sole Volante with a good trip and some of that cobra venom that Biancone uses on his horses....

If he gets in, Drayden Van Dyke has to choose between him and Authentic, Bafferts 3rd undefeated. Tough decision lol. All 3 of these are speed types. The Derby should have a hot pace.
Nadal is the best in the Bob's barn he toyed with this field in conditions that were subpar. They could have run around twice and he was never being passed and this was his first time around two turns. He will win the Arkansas derby and will be the co favorite with tiz the law in derby.
@@danb1168 I disagree about him being the best in Bafferts barn. We will see if youre correct about the other things you said on Saturday. I dont think Nadal wins that race, and ill book your bets on him winning the Derby lol. He wont win at a mile and a quarter with the pace he will be dueling in.

Baffert is no different than any other trainer who is accused of doping horses, the difference is Baffert has powerful friends and owners who won't allow Baffert to be charged with doping his horse with PED to win races.
Tale of two cities. People blasted the Gotham winner last week for running a painfully slow race but this guy today Nadal ran the final split one tic better than the Gotham winner in 26.1. (Nadal s final 5/16 was a 33.3 which translates to to a 26.1Apparently the track was sealed as tight as cement because Nadal got away with an opening quarter that was a sub 23. In a route a horse that sets that split while dueling for the lead AND hangs on for the win and in a slow final split is a toss out for me. All doesn’t appear as it seems or looks.
All trainers use PED for their horse, some horses respond better to the drugs than others that's all. A lot of people till this day still believes Secretariat didn't have drugs in his system when he set all those track records in 1973 tripple crown, notice one thing, most horses who have run on drugs are poor sires, Seattle Slew ran clean he was the best horse of all time, he ran clean and it showed in the barn as a top stallion. Today in the modern era, all horses have drugs, but all horses don't run fast with drugs. Also when was the last time you saw a great race horse who also was a great sire, before horses were doped, this was a normal process, most of your early tripple crown horses came from great horses who were great sires, Man O' War sired War Admiral, Gallant Fox tripple crown winner sired Omaha tripple crown winner Seattle Slew Sired top champions Secretariat was a dud as a stallion, he sired Lady's Secret and Risen Star, no other champions,🤔 drugs in the system will show proof in the shed.

Great horse poor sire due to drugs he ran poor in the Wood lost, they claimed it was a abcess, but he still ran third, Sham and Angle light beat him, Lucien Laurin gave Secretariat PED's because he was under enormous pressure to win, because that horse was just syndicated for a record 6 million back in 1973, after he got those drugs Secretariat broke 3 track records in a row and won the tripple crown, after he won the tripple crown, they eased back from the drugs and he lost to Onion, go do your own research if you think I'm wrong go look it up.
