Do You deal with us who are outside the US. I mean I am from the UK and loves Your content and Your are my number 1 RU-vid channel for glasses advices.
Thank you! Wow, chasing this info down was tough and frustrating. Your company is really awesome, I called the other day and talked to a real person. I look at my computer screen a lot for my job but also like to play sports and we found some options I like for these.
Good question. If prescription required, go with Oakley. Their EDGE surfacing provides some of the best peripheral clarity with little to no distortion. Plus you get the benefit of PRIZM lens tech.
Would you say the Prizm road is good for shadows? I’m a equipment operator and need prescription. I like sunglasses and need something good to see spots that are harder to see
I went to a store to try on sunglasses and liked the flak 2.0. I Went home and ordered the flak 2.0 custom and found out after they arrived that the ones I tried on at the store were actually flak 2.0 xl and not the regulars. So I can buy the xl lenses and swap them out? I contacted oakley (live chat) and they said they weren't compatible. If they do work you wouldn't be interested in a pair of prizm jade polarized lenses would you? lol.
How can you tell real from fake ones? Is there a way to spot a fake set of glasses compared to a real pair? I just bought a pair off of eBay and it does not have us made on the inside of the lenses up on top of the glasses.
Bought the original Flak with standard lenses then bought additional XL lenses in pink for golf. But since the new Flak 2.0 comes with XL lenses just bought them instead of the 2.0. I like the bigger lenses. Bought the matte frame woth black lenses that just look awesome compared to the glossy looking frame. Just confused about the lenses because it says prizm P on them. Does that mean it’s prizm plus polarized?
Hello! Yes you can. The 2.0 and 2.0 XL are the exact same frame, only the cut of the lens is different, with the XL being slightly deeper and more angular than the 2.0 shape. Give us a call to start an order today or click on the link below! 👉www.sportrx.com/oakley-flak-2-0-prescription-lenses.html
Hey Alex! The Flak 2.0 is larger than the Flak Beta and the lenses are unfortunately not compatible with Flak 2.0 lenses. If you already have the frame and need lenses only, you can buy those here: www.sportrx.com/oakley-flak-beta-lenses-only.html
The flak 2.0 has a standard lens shape, kinda resembles a boat, while on the 2.0 XL, the bottom of the lense is concave, to give you more coverage. It’s honestly a preference thing. Both lenses are interchangeable with the flak 2.0 frame
