I use the jawbreaker for a few years and every time I look over my shoulder the side parts are always in my field of view. So I check out others... the best glasses imho are the 100% Speedcraft, Flight Jackets was the worst, because of the thick frame on the underside.

I'm also dissapointed on the oakley logos on the sides, spent money on 2 Jawbreakers and is very annoying seeing those 2 protrusions on the sides. The Racing Jacket was the best fitting Oakley frame, although I miss my old M Frame, I get I'll try on the Sutro.

For someone with a wide head, the sutro was actually a perfect fit. The construction is also a little different from other oakleys too, so I was even able to bring them to a Sunglass Hut to get them slightly adjusted for the perfect fit. I do like the side protection on the Jawbreakers and am seriously considering picking up a pair. In terms of width, is the jawbreaker similar to the Sutro? @sportrx

Hi there! The Jawbreaker (SFW 134mm) fits a bit snugger than that of the Sutro (SFW 139mm). I picked up a few pair of sutro. Great frame & fit I like the customization of the jawbreakers. My colors are SILERV& BLACK with usually a fire iridium polarized lense!

Here is how to choose between the Sutro and Jawbreaker: If your looking to cycle with style, pick the Sutro. If your looking to cycle with purpose, pick the Jawbreaker.

That is a close comparison! But the lens on the Sutro is just a bit taller so it will cover you more on the drops.

Hi there! The lens on the Sutro is a bit larger but the Jawbreaker has more wrap or curve to the lens. Both work well for wind protection.

Do you think the jade-colored prizm lens model is good for fishing? Is it polarized?

Hi Grant! PRIZM Jade is part of the PRIZM Everyday collection. Although PRIZM Jade is offered in polarized, it does not come as a stock option with the Sutro or Jawbreaker. If you are looking for something super fishing-specific you can always check out PRIZM Deep Water or PRIZM Shallow Water. Both lenses are polarized and work great for fishing! Can I get the Jawbreaker with a photochromic progressive prescription lens? I think in another video, it was said that you can't get a prescription photochromic lens with the Jawbreaker. Is that true?

I'll keep my Radar Pitch Trail glasses as long as they are made, those big glasses look like I'd scratch the lens daily,, The Radars work great no need to upgrade to keep up with the Jones's or anything else, I ride the trails in Michigan 2 to 3 times a week, I need eye protection from sticks we have trees, thorny berry bushes, bugs and anything else that flies throught the air, like the sand, gravel, the Radar's are snug fitting work great, and they last without getting scratched often.

The trail tint is great, as for those giant glasses, I know I'd scratch them first ride, I'd rather scratch my face, then buy new lenses weekly, my face heals faster than my wallet...

@@manabiker I am not a big fan of those giant lenses,,I have tons of oakley, most of my collections are radars. Radar EV Pitch is currently my favourite riding glasses, I will buy new replacement lenses for radar ev than to buy new stiff Oakley is putting out in the market now. Their main goal is to make all sports frames look like lifestyle glasses so you can wear it when you are not riding, but it will never be as good as old radars or radar evs. If you watch all the cycling competitions like TDF , you will see that cyclists are still wearing old radar evs more than these new Oakleys ..Geraint Thomas is still wearing oakley jawbones which were discontinued a long time ago.
