Dynamic Praise taking us down memory lane at Oakwood #AlumniWeekend2015 AYS. Unfortunately, the video ends prematurely, due the memory card getting full.
Thank you Tahira Ashley! I'm so honored to have an answer coming from a Dynamic praise member. I'm french and I'm definitely inspired each time I hear you. I have some friends who have been Dynamic praise musiciens in Dr. Bucknor's time, so I feel close to you. May God bless you in your ministry.
@Oliver LIPAN the first song is "Why Do We Sing" it's a Dynamic Praise Original song. I'm a member of Dynamic Praise and I'm so glad that someone got this on video. The vespers/Running Back to the 80s was such a blessing.
Tahira y'all are a blessing to all of us. Your music puts a smile on my face when its hard to even crawl out of bed. God bless you all for your ministry
i think it's sung by the aeolians..not sure, but does anyone know if we have the song on RU-vid "There is nothing to fear unless we forget what our God has done in the past"? I love that song!!
Hello! I'm a current DP member and this medley was so much fun to sing. The song you're referring to is one of our favorites! "Lord We Have Come" by Duwane Starling, our rendition is a little different. The song from where it starts at 9:56 and ends at 12:18 says... We give you the glory And all the praise For your infinite mercy, we lift our hands and say Hallelujah to the king of kings and the Lord of Lord Your name (sopranos) Your name (Alto) We do worship, forever more. You are worthy to receive the honor and all the praise We bow before you and acknowledge that you're why I live today and with my voice I will say. Sopranos : Halle-lu-jah Altos: Holy, Holy, Hoo-ly Tenors: Forever, forever, forever and forever more Everyone: And forever more
thank you so so so much!!! Wonderful choir I have an entire playlist with just Dynamic Praise songs!! Now I can actually sing along to the song! Lol you've made my day thanks again!
You're welcome, lol! Seeing someone enjoy one of the songs we sing, and the work we put into this ministry always feels great. Especially since Lord We Have Come is one of our favorites! Glad I could help...
Polo King For Life Hello! Unfortunately there is no sheet music for that ending to Total Praise. Our directors at the time came up with it and we learned it and we’ve sung it that way ever since. I’m sorry that I couldn’t be of more help but hopefully you’re able to figure out by ear the movements for each part/section.
