It’s not exactly the “full show” though, is it This must be such a challenge for the performers, dealing with servers bringing drinks and stuff. Plus they definitely knew this was being filmed. So bravo to the whole cast. Gillian Lynne would be proud 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Let’s not forget that this theater is at the bow (front) of the ship, where you can actually feel the motion of the ship moving through waves (Oasis of the Seas is such a large ship that, for the most part, you can’t feel it). I’ve seen Cats a few times on this cruise, and I am always amazed by Mungojerrie and Rumpleteazer’s double cartwheel, Victoria’s balancing, and Mistoffolees’ spins.
Thank you for being so supportive of the cast! I've always loved this play, but even that aside it is incredible the level of production they bring to a cruise performance. I think the audience tends to forget that!
This is a beautiful production and I'm very happy to see that it was the tradition version with Gillian's choreography but I'm sad to see that a few numbers were cut out, I was looking forward to seeing the Growltiger number. That being said, thank you for posting this, my Mother and I saw the show live about 15 times and loved every minute of it and your wonderful seating and great filming of the cast as they passed by you was awesome! You really made me feel like I was right there with you, I only wish that Mamma had been here to watch this with me. Thank you for a lovely way to spend a weekend :) =^..^=
I love seeing the audience members awkwardly trying to avoid eye contact with the cats and uncomfortable laughter when they mingle through the aisles and interact with them.
@@finleyforevermore though this is a short version CATS, this video is sitll missing some part, if you have seen the full show clip of this RCCL version(you can find some full show video of the former cast here on YT)
