Oatmeal, banana, cocoa in one cup! No oven! I eat three times a day and lose weight!
Recipe and ingredients:
Oatmeal 40 g (1/2 cup).
Milk 120 ml (1/2 cup).
Mix well and let rest for 5 minutes.
1 egg.
a pinch of salt.
1 banana.
Mix well.
Cocoa 7 g (1 tablespoon).
Baking powder 4g (1 teaspoon).
Add oatmeal.
Bake in the microwave for 5-6 minutes.
Chocolate 30g (1/3 cup).
Melt in any way you like.
It is very tasty and healthy.
Recipe 2:
2 tablespoons oatmeal.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
1 egg.
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa.
1/3 cup (80 ml) milk of your choice.
Mix everything well until you get a smooth mixture.
Grease the pan with vegetable oil.
30 grams of low-fat cottage cheese.
5 grams of jam.
