Oatmeal for the lazy ones! no flour! I cook every morning! Mix everything together and you're done
Ingredients.
Recipe 1.
300 g oat flakes.
80g walnuts.
Cut like in the video.
Sugar or sweetener 4 tbsp.
1 apple.
Chop the apples finely, the smaller the better.
1 banana.
Peel and cut as in the video.
1 egg.
1 glass of 250 ml milk.
1 cup cherries.
Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 45 minutes.

Soak 1/2 cup dried apricots in water.
1 cup oatmeal.
Sugar or sweetener to taste.
1/2 cup nuts.
1 banana.
Dry dried apricots and chop finely.
Raisins optional.
Milk 1/2 cup.
Form cookies.
Pumpkin seeds.
Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
