Ingredients:
200 g rolled oats(2 1/4 cups)
400 ml milk/ plant milk (1 2/3 cups)
leave to soak for 5-10 minutes
2 eggs/ or vegan replacement
a pinch of salt
1-2 tbsp sweetener(stevia or your choice)
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
50 g blueberries/ 1/3 cup
1 small apple
add few cranberries/ raisins/ dates
bake for 45 minutes at 180°C /360°F
