What I like about your recipe: that addition of moringa leaves. I grow (Rosemary), (Mexican Mint/Pathar Choor) and (regular Mint) in my garden. Since you have added (Moringa) leaves - I feel confident to add some of the fresh herbs from my garden. Thank you for inspiring!
Today I cooked "Oats Omelate" in lunch . I don't know how perfect it was cooked. However I enjoyed the taste that was new for me. I appreciate your efforts and Thank you . Especially egg did not give me pain in abdomen in this recipe. Usually egg gives me a little pain in abdomen . Thanks again

I am vegan and do not eggs + fish. Would be nice if you could mention an alternative ingredient (replacement) whenever you include these in your cooking / meal. Looking forward to learning 🙂
Want to buy cast iron tava that is not too heavy and heats evenly. Pls suggest which product to buy. Also is it necessary to keep separate tave for chapati and dosa ?
