Fun Fact! Yuu is canonically a Boy in the Twisted Wonderland manga and non-binary in the game!(also I'm sorry if this seems like a hate comment, it's not I just thought this was cool and wanted to share it with you guys^^)

Actually, they aren’t! In the game, Yuu uses they/then pronouns, and in the manga, depending which episode you are on, Yuu’s appearance changes. In the Heartslabyul episode, Yuu is a buff male figure, whilst in the Savanaclaw episode, Yuu (or Yuuka) is a muscular female figure. It is entirely up to the viewer’s interpretation. I see a lot of people say Yuu is canonically a male, and whilst that makes sense, we must keep in mind that Yuu is seen as a self insert of the viewer, therefore, Yuu can be any gender! ❤
