The logic that Derick spewed is way out of these world.The moment she carried the lady he knew he was his sister’s keeper. Derick, Wema hauozi.

Two things: 1. Girl was intoxicated, and lost (direction-wise) therefore already frightened, plus she was at an onset of trauma from robbery with violence from the mugging (the thief had a knife) - BUT! Pre-meditating to accuse Derrick of rape is totally wrong and insane. On the other hand, thankfully she's owning to her mistakes and I hope she has learnt her mistakes and will change! 2. Derrick was right to record. What he wasn't right about is to keep gas-lighting her because that was aggravating the situation. He was the sober one. Overall: Girl's vulgarity can't be condoned because that is criminal, but when Derrick noticed the issue was getting out of hand, he'd have contacted the mom and stopped the ride for the safety of both of him and an already violent/uncontrollable client... In conclusion, this matter ought to have been handled differently not to get to that level...

Have really felt Derrick's pain. What she did to you is so wrong and nothing can justify her actiions. Derrick, you're quite a gentleman and God is going to reward you for being kind and humble.

The lady has put the record straight and she's remorseful. The Uber driver did a commendable job but most probably he had the intention of sharing the video and he was sober. With that in mind, he was careful with his tone and omitted the parts that provoked the lady. In summary nobody is a Saint and Obinna should not take sides.
